How Do I Meet People?

FCC is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at FCC.

Small Groups

Small groups will be relaunching on January 8, 2012!  It is our desire to launch with a greater, more intentional purpose for every partner of FC3.  We desire for every member to be involved in a small group. Small groups have a 7-fold purpose. 1. It will provide you with a community. 2. It will give you a place of belonging and fellowship. 3. It can provide spiritual healing. 4. It will help you grow closer together with other believers. 5. It will be a place of spurring one another on toward love and good deeds. 6. It becomes a place of accountability. 7. It will take Sunday morning sermons one step further for your spiritual walk. Sign-ups for small groups will be available on December 18th.

The Uprising

There’s no support like the support of a youth group. The Uprising is FCC’s middle school and high school ministry. At FCC we use fun, zany and outlandish events coupled with in-depth studies and topical lessons to touch the lives of teens. The youth can get involved in weekly meetings as well as a variety of outings including summer camps, skiing, rafting, lock-ins, concerts, mission trips and other fun adventures throughout the year.

Women’s Ministry

S.A.L.T. – (Sacrifice, Action, Love, Teamwork)  gives the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. There are many ways to get involved with seven different ministry teams. FCC women also attend various conferences throughout the year such as Women of Faith, Extraordinary Women and the Ozark Christian College Women’s Conferences. Occasionally fellowships are planned throughout the year as well. Periodically, a limited-series evening Bible study is planned as an opportunity for spiritual growth and fellowship.

Men’s Ministry

Accountability among men is an act of integrity. We encourage men to spend time with other men of God. Our desire is for each of our male members to have a growth opportunity at FCC. We try to provide moments of fun, fellowship and focus. We do this through various activities throughout the year such as monthly men’s breakfasts, occasional work days at the church where men are able to serve and weekly basketball open gym nights.

Children’s Ministry

We seek to have great education for our children. We believe we have the best children’s program to match our teen programming. You and your child should experience it for yourself! Junior Church is a place where child (1st-5th grades) learn to worship, love and honor God. Children are worshipping in a way that reaches and teaches him/her right where he/she is. Wee Worship is for younger children where a simple Bible lesson is taught through fun activities and crafts. At FCC we always offer childcare for babies through our nursery. Different events throughout the year highlight FCC’s childrens ministry including our annual Harvest Hoedown, Back-to-school supplies giveaway, Sunset Bible Camp and Vacation Bible School!
